The mentioned international limits and markup fees will be applied from 27/6/2024
We would like to inform you that in case of requesting to use the credit card in foreign currency while traveling, you should inform the bank before traveling through the nearest branch or call the customer service center (17004) in order to allow international usage limits during the travel period only.
• The Bank reserves the right to request any document proving travel abroad at the time of using the card
• Proof of residence abroad for more than 90 days must be submitted through the nearest branch or send an email to ([email protected]) including the national ID number (for Egyptians) or passport number (for foreigners) and the last 4 digits of your credit card
In case of violation of the above-mentioned instructions:
• Your credit card will be stopped.
• You will be reported to The Egyptian Credit Bureau (I-score) to be included in the negative list
• You will be prohibited from issuing any banking credit card.
• Reporting to any other concerned party to take the needed action.
Please note:
- Any newly issued credit cards will not be eligible for international limits (Inside and outside Egypt) until 2 months after the issuance date.
- Usage of foreign currencies will be available according to each card limit.
- International spending at some merchants categories is stopped or limited on QNB Cards.
