WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF ACCIDENT:

The accident declaration shall be made by a written letter and submitted to ”LA CARTE” within 5 working days at the latest.

The subscriber shall submit a handwritten declaration describing circumstances and causes of the accident as well as the damaged insured items and the approximate amount of the damages.

In case of theft, the subscriber must obtain a theft certificate from the police station.

Once the file is complete, “LA CARTE” will orient an expert to the insured in order to issue an expert's report allowing the actual amount of compensation to be set.
